The Awkward, The Weird and The Rad

The Awkward, The Weird and The Rad

Welcome to The Awkward, The Weird and The Rad, a podcast hosted by Charlotte Adams. This is a place where we unpack and explore those interesting and sometimes 'taboo' topics that are often neglected from the "acceptable" conversation. Topics will range from sexuality and dating to mental and physical health issues to coping with adult-ing(!) to emotions and feelings. My closest friends and I are very open with each other about conventionally awkward and taboo topics and this has led to many hilarious and emotional conversations about everything from relationships to mental illness to the meaning of life and also some hilarious revelations about our own experiences growing up. These conversations have not only brought all of us closer, but I have found that sharing and opening up in such a way helps me feel connected to other people and it's great when you realise that most of us are just humans trying to figure ourselves out and we can relate to each other a heck-of-a-lot! ANYWAY, in addition to this, we will talk about all those rad things in life. This might include movies, books, music, inspiring people (the list goes on!) and I will try to bring my friends into these podcasts as much as I can, because they are literally the inspiration behind this! Enjoy, folks.
