Dos podcast muy interesantes y que me siento totalmente identificado, aunque en mi caso es totalmente opuesto. Comencé hace poco en esto del deporte y la nutrición debido a mi super bajo peso. Tengo un gran problema, y es que me cuesta muchísimo comer, sobre todo en grandes cantidades. Me lleno enseguida o pierdo el apetito. Y no hablemos de la gran cantidad de veces que enfermaba, sobre todo del estómago. Fatal. Recuerdo incluso tomar unas ampollas de color naranja para que me diera más hambre. Tenía que hacer algo con mi vida, y fue mi pareja la que me motivó a empezar con este mundillo. Di mis primeros pasos Diciembre de 2020 con entrenamientos de fuerza y dieta estilo "real food". He de deciros que he subido a un peso ya más saludable y no he vuelto a enfermar del estómago. Mi único suplemento, la creatina y proteína ISO. Me he enamorado de este mundillo y más ahora el mes pasado, Marzo de 2021, que me apunté en un club de entrenamiento de OCR que combina crossfit y obstáculos. Total, que entreno fuerza (torso-pierna) 4 días, y dos con el club. Con toda esta historia, solo quiero animaros a escuchar estos dos audios, y que le deis una oportunidad a esto del crossfit, que os va a cambiar la vida.
