Nuestra invitada de hoy se llama Paola, ha pasado toda su vida luchando a contra corriente con la comida. Desde los 13 años empezó a ponerse a dieta ya que empezaron sus complejos. No sufrió bullying, ya que fue ella la que se encerró en ella misma y no se abrió a nadie por las sombras que le perseguían, sus miedos y sus fantasmas. Siempre ha sido muy alta, por lo que ya destacaba y eso no le gustaba nada a Paola. Por mucho que haya pasado por miles de dietas, nunca le han enseñado a comer bien. Tan solo le daban un papel y unas instrucciones, por lo que seguía las recomendaciones, pero, era todo demasiado aburrido y sin fundamento. Ha pasado así prácticamente toda su vida, ha dejado de ver a los amigos para no ir a comer ni a cenar con ellos, porque eso suponía saltarse la dieta, ha probado de todo, pero siempre sin resultados. Todo esto le ha afectado hasta tal punto, que era toda su vida. Hasta que por fin, encontró la solución. Gracias al método que utiliza ahora, su vida ha cambiado por completo, ya no solo está en un peso súper saludable y divina de la muerte, sino que está ayudando a muchas personas con ello y trabaja haciendo lo que le gusta. Gracias a todo lo que ha vivido, ha resurgido de sus cenizas y ha cogido las riendas de su vida por fin. Su sonrisa y sus ganas de vivir iluminan a todo aquel que se cruza por su camino. Mamá de dos enredos a los que ama con locura y a los que gracias a su empoderamiento va a poder enseñarles a ser fuertes y a conseguir todo lo que quieran en la vida.
