Buenas Valeria. Los nervios son una reacción ante un suceso, la mente se altera y se vuelve impaciente y no sale de ese ciclo. Lo que quiere decir es que son pensamientos y nuestras reacciones a ellos, por lo tanto ser consciente y gestionarlo, ayudara a mejorar ese aspecto. Eso si aunque parezca contradictorio ahora, "debes tener paciencia" en los resultados, esto no se dan de la noche a la mañana requiere tiempo, trabajo y constancia :)
