El colágeno al tomarlo de suplemento se degrada al ingerirlo y el cuerpo reparte. Y reparte como el decide... Osea q si te falta colágeno en una rodilla o vértebra o ojos NO significa q vaya directo ahí... Y ahí el dilema eterno q pocos cuentan.
