Hola Sergio, muy interesantes reflexiones. A principios de año había comenzado clases de boxeo recreativo. El entrenamiento físico se basaba prácticamente en alta intensidad. No me terminaba de cerrar lo de exponer al cuerpo, clases a clase, a este tipo de entrenamientos (que no estaban pensados dentro de una planificación periodizada -ya que como dije, lo hacíamos a modo recreativo-) La cuarentena me dio tiempo para pensar un poco en lo que estaba haciendo y volver a trabajar a conciencia. El boxeo me gusta, pero la forma en que se encaraba el acondicionamiento físico no me pareció sostenible en el tiempo para una persona como yo. Creo que nos dejamos llevar mucho por las modas y la idea del "alto rendimiento". Saludos!
