a! y otra cosa.... yo necesito comer badtante y aunk la gemte lo k suele kerer es saciarse yo kiero todo lo contrario xk sino me hincho mucho.... pero como siempre pienso k lo refinado es malo pues como legumbres, patata, avena, fruta, verdura, pan integral..... pero hay dias k me noto muy pesada.... k me aconsejas para poder comer hidratos pero k no me sacie demasiado?

Hola maría! Buen capitulo! Yo miedo no tengo ninguno xk como bastamte hidrato, especialmente por la noche xk duermo mejor. Como bastamte patata de la cual no has hablado pero imagino k es buena. Con el pan y la pasta siempre tengo la misma duda.... realmente el pan y la pasta blanca son malos? xk yo los suelo comer con verduras, proteinas y grasas k se supome k ralentizan su absorcion x lo tamto serian igual de saludables k el integral no? o realmente simplenente x ser refinado ya es malo.....
