Manu me surge una pregunta , una vez que has cogido un nivel de entrenamiento si deja de entrenar un largo tiempo se pierde todo , pero para llegar de nuevo a ese nivel te cuesta mucho menos , ¿es que a nivel fisiológico hay una memoria del cuerpo, que en cuanto le das el estímulo actúa con más rapidez?

De los mejores que he escuchado, no se puede desligar del siguiente. La mente manda en el físico, es el que lleva los mandos, no tengo la más mínima duda ... pero mi experiencia me dice que lo físico cambia el estado mental ... a ver si me explico ... emociones, reparto de energía, estrés, ansiedad, ... por cierto no he sufrido nunca, ni entrenando, ni compitiendo y por otras causas sufro patología de Trastorno Generalizado de Ansiedad ... el rendimiento va a verse afectado por esos estresores externos que gestiona nuestro cerebro, pero a su vez, en ocasiones, el cerebro debido a estresores te quita el ánimo y el hacer tu entreno, si disfrutas de ello, te recupera y te reequilibra el estado mental. Repito Manu, de los dos mejores podcasts para mi gusto, nivelazo y hasta yo los entiendo

hola, creo que hay una errata al decir que los músculos consumen un 1 litro (20%) en reposo y a máximo esfuerzo 20 litros un 99%. No sería que 1 litro en reposo representa el 5%?
