Hoy ha venido a desayunar al Café INVIVEN Jenny Moix

Jenny es doctora en Psicología y profesora en la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. Es la autora de “Mi mente sin mí” y “Felicidad flexible”. Hoy viene a hablarnos del inconsciente, de la trascendencia y de cómo percibimos la realidad.

La mente es un misterio que tiene una potencialidad que apenas intuimos porque tenemos su camino de acceso demasiado bloqueado.

La potencialidad de la mente se encuentra dentro de la inconsciente; mientras que sus limitaciones lo están dentro de la parte consciente.

Una de las partes de dicha potencialidad es la enorme percepción subliminal que poseemos y que nos permite “guardar” en el inconsciente gran cantidad de información a la que no prestamos una atención consciente.

Con Jenny charlo sobre las enormes posibilidades que surgen cuando abres la mente a nuevas ideas.
