en mi opinión y es solo opinión desde la sensación de ansiedad, hay razones, cuando un psicólogo habla de esfuerzos, tienes q esforzarte creo q no conecta con el Estado de la persona. la capacidad de esfuerzo de la persona con ansiedad es minima, y pedir poner en práctica una conducta con esfuerzo es como pedir hacer ejercicio a alguien q se ha roto el brazo para curarse. permítanme mi sugerencia, q las prácticas del psicólogo sea tb buscar conductas donde no sea de esfuerzo o si ha de haberlo q sea tal q no aumente la ansiedad, a una persona con ansiedad no se le puede pedir conductas como a una persona q no la tiene, la tan de moda salida de la zona de confor, creo q se debe trabajar en la zona de confor, en el límite para experimentar como decís q existen realidades distintas a esa forma de ver las cosas negativas. yoells34@hotmail.com
