gran capitulo para ir resolviendo dudas, si que me parece muy interesante el desgloso sobre la grasa los hidratos, las proteínas para ir resolviendo mas incógnitas. pregunta: cuando cambias los hábitos es normal perder peso pero al cabo de un tiempo puede que te cueste perder lo y porque. después de las comidas principales siempre ames aconsejable tomar alguna cosa como la fruta que se ha mencionado. aunque no tiene nada que ver, pero la caída del cabello también podría ser por la alimentación o también pueden ser por otros factores.
