Hola, Elena. Soy nueva en esto del podcasting y me encanta estar suscrita a tu canal. Es maravilloso tener estos audios que nos recuerden la importancia y la sencillez del autocuidado. Particularmente me alucina la facilidad con la que olvido hacerlo y me pierdo en esa autoexigencia y en ese posponer el bienestar hipotecando el presente. Muchas gracias. Me gustaría preguntarte acerca de la escritura. Es un recurso muy utilizado en psicología, y yo misma (que soy profesora de escritura creativa, autobiográfica y terapéutica) la he utilizado siempre de manera natural. En cambio, mi terapeuta actual ha conseguido que deje de hacerlo de manera sistemática, que disminuya la cantidad de escritura en favor de mensajes más concisos y centrados. ¿Recomiendas alguna pauta para practicar una escritura sana, que no sirva como huida, rumiación, refugio o procrastinación, sino que resulte terapéuticamente efectiva?
