excelente el audio !! entonces,¿ quiere decir que siendo iniciante, es conveniente en los próximos 3 años realizar en primera instancia trabajos de 3-5 series con rep de 8 a12 durante 8/10 semanas y después realizar la transición hacia un trabajo más intenso pero menos voluminoso, intentando con esto ganar más masa muscular ?
