Más concretamente, los conflictos que se generan cuando dos generaciones pretenden imponer su forma de ver la empresa: el veterano, probablemente conservador y queriendo mantener el statu quo, y el joven, que pretende renovar, innovar, cambiar... hacer cosas nuevas.
