I'm very excited to share this Let's Talk! Episode Nr. 4 with you! I had a lot of fun talking to my Mindfulness teacher Helen Grain about... you guessed it: MINDFULNESS!

We talked about what Mindfulness is, what it does, how it works, how it helps, how and where to start, how we feel being mindful and much, much more even including a little Mindfulness practice towards the end of the program.

From a language point of view, I think it's really interesting how different our accents are!
