me han encantado el podcast, que buena disertación. Curioso lo del lavarse sin jabón, yo estuve haciéndolo varios mese y al final es como el ayuno intermitente, cuando llega el verano y me ducho con más frecuencia pues una ducha la hago con jabón y el otro no,o en invierno pues solo uso jabón un par de duchas a la semana.
