Pues por mucho que me duela (porque me encanta el podcast y creo que esta muy bien documentado y explicado) aquí ha pinchado Marcos. Como dice otro comentario, programa muy superficial... ok, está bien analizar los síntomas y visibilizar el dolor, pero... ¿y las soluciones? ¿La investigación que dice? ¿Algún paper relevante? No sé, comparado con otros capítulos, creo que este se queda mucho en la superficie sin rascar nada...

Lo primero de todo agradecerle tanto a Marcos como Xuxa la información. Pero hay unos puntos que quedan en el tintero ya que se habla en general y se toca un poco el tema del SOP y los síntomas premenstruales pero... ¿¿Y la AMENORREA hipotalámica?? Me gustaría que se dedicara un CAPÍTULO ENTERO al tema y si en ese caso estaría justificado el uso de las anticonceptivas como parche pero a la vez haciendo cambios en la alimentación, ejercicio, descanso y gestión del estrés. ¡Muchas gracias por vuestro esfuerzo y dedicación! Programa d generalidades y pocas soluciones. Q consulta pasa una “ enfermera q no es nutricionista “ ? Cobra o a sus chicas les atiende gratuitamente... ? Sí, la ansiedad no es buena para nada...

No ha contado nada nuevo. Necesitamos soluciones. Cuando tienes un buen estilo de vida y aun así tienes problemas con la menstruación, que hacemos? Ha contado mucha teoría y poca práctica. Le falta soluciones prácticas que tu Marcos siempre das. Se queda cojo el audio.
