Lo de la fascia y el foam roller me parece un poco burrada por falta de conocimiento sobre tejidos y sobre mecanotransduccion ya que no actuamos a nivel estructural sobre la fascia, si no a nivel propioceptivo sobre estos receptores. Al igual que luego defiende la pelota de tenis que actúa por el mismo principio, no porque sea más dura y provoque cambios a nivel estructural.

De los entrevistados me ha parecido el mas flojillo en cuanto a argumentacion de sus propuestas. se que le sobra entusiasmo pero le falta formacion
