Establecer hábitos puede ser extremadamente difícil, y alcanzar nuestras metas nos va a exigir tener esos hábitos funcionando así que tenemos, sí o sí, que desarrollarlos.

¿Cómo?

Yendo paso a paso, poniéndolo fácil, comenzando por el paso más sencillo, el más simple... por ejemplo, hacerte la cama.
Aparentemente simple, pero realmente poderoso. Hazlo y tendrás resultados diferentes.

Pero recuerda que para tener esos resultados tienes que añadir tú un último ingrediente a esa propuesta:
ponerla en práctica. Pasar a la acción.
