vale la pena escucharlo, te ayuda a liberar emociones del pasado que no sabías que existían, te ayuda a conocerte un poco más y a ver te a ti mismo desde otro punto de vista muy diferente... me sentí más libre, ya que muchas de las veces nos sentimos culpables por comportamientos que tenemos en diferentes situaciones de nuestras vidas, pero muchas de las veces las acciones son por como nos sentimos, sentir empatía por nosotros mismo nos ayuda a estar más tranquilos y sentirnos más libres
