hola! soy nuevo en esta comunidad instalé esta aplicación por el entrenador ah y como puedo valorarte es que acabo de instalar esta aplicación bueno aquí va mi experiencia tengo 21 años y empecé a ir al gimnasio hace 4 meses ya y la verdad si saqué algo de músculo pero nose si era el entrenamiento el adecuado pues saque las rutinas que saque fueron de YouTube (de Fernando Valdez) iba así Lunes: Espalda y Bíceps Martes: Pecho y Tríceps Miércoles descanso Jueves hombros y trapecio Viernes: piernas Pues yo no tengo entrenador y hasta la fecha todo lo hice por mi criterio y nose mucho sobre esto Pues me encantaría que me pueda guiar en esta meta Gracias de antemano Psdta: nose como valorarte en esta App xD
