Hola Marcos, lógicamente a nivel de salud es más perjudicial el McDonalds, pero en el contexto de perder grasa únicamente, al final lo que importa es si hay un déficit calórico y si nos pasamos con el aceite influirá negativamente en este recuento, que es donde contextualizo y de ahí la comparativa :) Gracias a ti por escucharme!
