También consumo distintas hierbas con mis alimentos, mezcladas con kvass de remolacha y un chorrito de Terma. Utilizo aceite de oliva, coco, lino, pescado con mis comidas. Consumo palta muy seguido por lo teniendo tantas semillas me gusta rallarlas y secarlas para tenerlas disponibles en mis preparados.

Excelente! Yo consumo cloruro de magnesio en ayunas y mate con hierbas y me va muy bien! Aparte de llevar una dieta equilibrada y natural. Preparo mi yogur casero con semillas de chía, lino, palta, anís, amapola y comino y es muy nutritivo y ayuda a la microbiota intestinal.
