Andy holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, an MBA and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. He is a HR professional, consultant and facilitator who, over the years has operated in senior management roles across several sectors, including, higher education, defence, civil service and local government. His expertise include designing successful strategies and systems for recruitment, reward, management development and performance management. Andy is now leading the growth of MHR in APAC and currently splits his time between the UK and Singapore.

Iain Moffat
35-year in HR solutions, Iain has worked as a developer, manager, consultant and leader. The golden thread throughout has been about supporting organisations in all industry sectors to adapt to new technology, drive real adoption, and achieve compelling value in use. Solutions should be about simplification and value, not technology.

Deborah Hartung
Deborah’s career in HR spans 2 decades, during which time she has worked in employee relations, change management, OD and HR management, prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2008. She has always been known to question the status quo and act as a catalyst for change, so it is no surprise then that Deborah has built a global reputation as somewhat of an authority on all things relating to the human experience in the new world of work. As an active participant in progressive global communities such as DisruptHR, HackingHR and HumansFirst, Deborah is credited with creating a new agile performance management model as well as a 90 day methodology for accelerated workplace culture change and transformation.
