Hola Patricio, gracias por tu trabajo y por estar reuniendo un ejército. Una pregunta, si tengo un objetivo de fuerza mediante ejercicios tipo calistenia, no teniendo actualmente un exceso de grasa y con una base ya en dominadas, flexiones, habiendo conseguido el muscle up, y con idea de tratar de conseguir front lever, plancha, cuál sería la dieta ideal? normocalorica? hipocalorica veo claro que no, e hipercalorica quizás me produzca un exceso de grasa que me pueda lastrar. la idea es llegar va los entrenos con energía. muchas gracias y mucho ánimo, vuelve se te echa de menos. un saludo.
