Maruchan: Si, tienes razón, y ahora que lo dices, recuerdo algunos profesores de mi Escuela Marista, un colegio grande, desde el primer día se dirigían a cada uno por su nombre, era impresionante, me llamó mucho la atención la capacidad de retención y sobre todo de interés que estos profesores nos demostraban, a uno como alumno lo hacían sentir importante. Acordarse de los nombres de los demás puede ser muy útil hasta para abrir algunas puertas personales y profesionales, es una característica que realza la Marca Personal. Es verdad que las personas se pueden llegar a sentir ofendidas cuando olvidan nuestros nombres. En mi caso por ejemplo. Trato de llamar a las personas por su nombre, desde que conoci a un profesor muy afamado en la Universidad. El Lic. Ferro es una persona del mas alto carisma e intelectualidad posible, una persona realmente respetable. Y a pesar de todas esas habilidades siempre recordaba nuestros nombres incluso con apellido. Lo ascendieron a Jefe del depto de servicios escolares y era un gusto ir a su oficina y que asociara tu cara con tu nombre. Un claro ejemplo de tu Podcast que Quise resaltar Gustavo.
