Now, we just came out of a pandemic in 2020, we have had a lot of like staying indoors, staying at home, not going out and doing things the gyms were closed right now I know that I put on a bit of extra weight, I know that I got kind of some unhealthy habits go in during that time, I was sitting at my desk for for long, long periods of time, I just did a podcast episode kind of about this. But this is a little bit different. I want to talk about my plans moving forward. Now, you know that when I talk about the alpha mentality, I'm talking about leveling up mind body spirit, mind your business, getting your money pursuing your purpose, right? If we want to win in life, if we want to have a great dating life, if we want to be as attractive as possible, we need to be taking care of ourselves, mind, body, and spirit. And what I want to talk about today is the body. Okay, so there's two different things, there's exercise. Well, there's actually three things, there's exercise, there is sleep, and there is our diet. So these are three vitally important things that we need to make sure that we're taking, like extra care to do right in our lives. And sometimes it's not so obvious how to do it, right. And I'm just going to kind of tell you what I have discovered what really works for me, and what's been helping me. So first of all, I have always struggled with my sleep schedule, I have always tended to be person who's awake at night, more than during the day. I don't know why I think it's because I'm just a night owl. And I'm because I've been a freelancer for years and years. And during the day, there was always a lot, a lot of stuff going on. So I could work late at night, and no one would really bother me. And so that was really useful.
