Hola. Estoy muy de acuerdo con casi todo, sin embargo llamar "movimiento" a hacer 10.000 pasos, me parece un tanto infundado, a no ser que los hagas mirando escaparates. Ponte un pulsómetro de pecho, uy caminar a ritmo óptimo...ya me explicarás.

El entrenar por sensaciones me ha recordado al, mal entendido, entreno Weider. Solo se conoce porque los lunes toca pecho, los martes... Pero recomendaba escuchar a tu cuerpo. Si un día te pide darle más duro, tirale. Si otro pide un descanso, se descansa. La planificación era solo una guía.

Genial como siempre. Totalmente de acuerdo. Desde mi modesta opinión, si no se tiene una programación (aunque sea básica) no es entrenar, es hacer ejercicio.
