La sophrologie est présente depuis quelques années dans tous les media ! Elle semble présenter une réponse à tous les maux de notre société moderne, de la petite enfance au professionnel stressé! Apparenté à la méditation, la sophrologie est considérée comme une « science » qui étudie la conscience humaine et qui utilise un ensemble de techniques et de méthodes à médiation corporelle !Dans quels domaines thérapeutique peut-on faire appel à la soprhologie? Docteur Patrick-André Chéné: médecin gynécologue accoucheur et directeur de l’Académie de Sophrologie (organisme et lieu dédiés à la formation en sophrologie et préparant au métier de “Sophrologie). Il assure des consultations de sophrologie et de médecine (gynécologie mais aussi, gestion du stress, sommeil, etc.). Enfin, il est l’auteur de nombreux livres d’enseignements de la sophrologie. L’Académie de Sophrologie est située au 20 rue André Bocquillon – 75015 Paris.
Alain Lancelot: sophrologue et coach mental. Parallèlement à sa vie médiatique et sa présence sur différentes chaines depuis 1988 et sur TF1 depuis 1999, Alain Lancelot s’est professionnalisé dans la gestion sur stress et des émotions en devenant sophrologue, (titulaire de certificat de sophrologue professionnel – RNCP), et a adapté cette pratique à la communication et à la réussite de toute intervention en public.
