Buenos días ! El congelado nos saca siempre de un apuro. En breve , me tomare mis gachas con piña , arándanos y fresa congelada. Las saque hace un par de hora y cuando me las coma , estarán de rechupete. Ayer me comí un pulpo ya congelado y cocido y existe muchas alternativas. Solo pulpo en la bolsa. Hay que utilizar mucha imaginación y tener alguna preparación del día para que no nos pille la hora de la comida y tiremos por lo más fácil . Hasta mañana!
