Me encanta tus consejos Antonio. Soy una chica muy activa, intento comer bien y realizar ejercicio, combino fuerza y cardio pero me cuesta muchísimo perder la grasa del abdomen. Qué me recomiendas? porque abd me cuestan hacerlos ya que tengo CV el psoas acortao. Me gustaría reducir e intentar tener un abdomen plano.

Hola Ana, enhorabuena por los resultados y verás que cuando pasen unas semanas más has dado otro cambio. Lo que te recomiendo es que lleves un plan de alimentación orientado a dichos objetivos personalizado diseñado por un profesional porque tus resultados van a multiplicarse aunque ya estés comiendo comida real y no procesada que ya es una mejora :) Un abrazo!

Soy una mujer de 40 años y llevo dos meses con el plan, no hago ningún tipo de dieta, tomo un batido de proteínas en ayunas, no como comida procesada y sí he incorporado nueces y almendras en mi cada día. Voy al gimnasio 2-3 veces a la semana a hacer exclusivamente pesas, el cardio ni lo huelo Jajaja. Pero cuando voy hago una hora con entreno fuerte, máximo peso, 10-12 repeticiones 3 series e intento implicar todos los músculos en mi entreno. Mi evolución ha sido muy buena, he bajado 4 kg y he disminuido 6cm de cadera. Mi físico ha cambiado de forma espectacular, sobretodo tren superior, ni a los 20 estaba tan bien. Animo a todas las mujeres a empezar a hacer pesas, el cambio físico que proporciona no tiene nada que ver con el cardio, éste es el cuerpo que de verdad todas queremos tener.
