Me alegra escucharrte. Lo aplicó a diario. Me dedico a la venta desde el 2003, ya han pasado años. Deje de trabajar en los call center por decisión propia. Estaba saturada de la venta agresivas, de cierres forzoso sin sentido,, porque según estadísticas hay que hacer 10 cierres directos para conseguir una venta . Me cansé, intenté cambiar de sector laboral Actualmente aplicó el " no cierre de ventas" con mis clientes. y re aseguro que no va nada mal. Clientes contentos con. el trato, y lo mejor, clientes que no le he vendido porque no era el momento me han mandado referidos y si han comprado. Gracias por tu informacion.
