Pepa. Todo un placer poder oíros y aprender un poquito más. Me a resultado interesante lo del Aguacate q no sabia. Temas a tratar para los próximos capítulos hay mil y todos ellos súper interesantes, pero el tema del aceite no estaría nada mal. Gracias por vuestra sabiduría así da gusto aprender y saber más cosas.

Hola chicos, un placer oiros! Otro tema que me interesaa es el de las bebidas Cual son las mas saludables, zumos, leches, te,... Cuales son los mas recomendables y ahora en muchas dietas quitan el cafe y lo sustituyen por achicoria ( no lo habia oido nunca) no sé.... Me gustaría saber vuestra opinión Un saludo!!!
