Buenas! me gustaría saber si ves recomendable sustituir el arroz blanco por arroz integral. He leído que el integral al tener fibra hace que baje el índice glucémico. Otra duda... las cantidades y números que das los ves adecuados solo para la gente que entrena hipertrofia o powerlifting? las cantidades son adecuadas para mujeres? en mi caso acabo de empezar a entrenar fuerza 3 días por semana y además hago 3 días cardio y 3 días de disciplinas circenses (acrobacias aéreas, acrobacias de suelo) mil gracias!
