¿Tienes don de gentes? Yo no. Soy introvertido y tímido. Pero eso no me impide conectar con personas la primera vez que las conozco y hablo con ellas, ya sea en una barbacoa o con un nuevo cliente. Abrirte a los demás, empatizar con ellos y ser capaz de entablar conversaciones es especialmente importante si estás a la cabeza de un negocio y eres un poco tímido (como yo).
