Sin dudarlo ni un segundo, mi plagio sería La Tortilla de Patatas deconstruida de Ferrán Adriá. Disruptiva, vanguardista, tradición, creatividad, locura, genialidad. Si el señor Adriá hubiera intentado tal reconocimiento con otro tipo de receta se hubiera llevado el rechazo de el populacho, pero al utilizar una receta tan arraigada a la cultura popular consiguió la aceptación de todos y que el término cocina molecular formará parte del ideario gastronómico llevándolo a cotas tan inesperadas como portadas de Time o muestras museísticas y cinematográfica como la Berlinale.

si pudiese plagiar algo sin que me pillasen, plagiaria la foto aquella del mono que se hizo un selfie. es muy interesante que la foto de mas exito profesional de un fotografo sea algo plagiado a un ser irracional y que esa persona lo sepa y ese exito irrepetible lo vaya reconcomiendo poco a poco el resto de su vida.
