Encontré un recetario keto que está muy muy completo, contiene 200 recetas y cada una viene con su tiempo de preparación, macros y obviamente los pasos y los ingredientes. Incluye recetas para el desayuno, recetas con pollo, pescado, mariscos y hasta recetas vegetarianas! La verdad de este recetario he sacado la mayoría de las comidas que consumo a diario. Gran programa como siempre. Te sigo desde hace mucho tiempo tocayo. El tema que nunca te he escuchado exactamente que comes tu a diario y agradecería mucho nos comentaras si es posible como te alimentas. Aunque te he escuchado muchas cosas que pones en práctica nunca tu día a día de alimentación. Que productos consumes cuáles exclutes ect... Gracias oír tu gran trabajo camarada.
