una vez más excelente audio , creo que no hablaste de las legumbres que tan importantes son para estas personas también para mi que no soy vegano y procuro comerlas al menos tres veces por semana . gracias un saludo.

Buenas Carlos! Agradecido por el episodio. Actualmente vegetariano estricto, no tomo lácteos ni huevos, pero sí que me suplemento desde el inicio con B12. Lo que más dudas me genera es las posibles deficiencias de los Omegas...por el resto, tema grasas y demás, creo que lo llevo al día. Es más, creo que lo tengo que mejorar ahora es dormir bastante más. Un saludo, indiketa!
