This week on "Rebel Hearts": Kristie talks with JJ Flizanes, Empowerment Strategist and host of "The Fit 2 Love" Podcast. JJ is also the director of "Invisible Fitness" as well as the author of the books "Fit 2 Love" (an Amazon bestseller) and "The Invisible Fitness Formula". In 2007 she was named Best Personal Trainer in Los Angeles by "Elite Traveler Magazine". JJ has been featured in magazines such as Shape, Fitness, Muscle and Fitness HERS, Elegant Bride and Women’s Health as well as appeared on NBC, CBS, Fox 11 and KTLA. The Law of Attraction teaches us that we attract what we think. But why is it that we do positive affirmations, work on thinking positive thoughts, even create vision boards and yet we are not manifesting what we desire?
