It all started in Miami with the 2 Live Crew, a group that took hip hop and made it faster, harder, and nastier than anything anyone had heard before. Tengo 40 años, nací en 1980 y recuerdo perfectamente como a los 14 años cayó en mis manos un casete, una TDK de 90 que todavía conservo con la maqueta de la Opepé y el Madrid Zona Bruta de CPV. Desde ese día sigo escuchando RAP y Reggae, me he criado con Jota, Kase O, los VKR, etc... No os podéis imaginar lo que me dolió la muerte de Jotamayúscula, gracias de corazón por este viaje al pasado, me han asaltado recuerdos que ni sabía que conservaba. Un gran programa, me escucho el segundo programa de Jota enseguida.
Grande, Jotamayúscula. Aún no me creo que no esté. Mi mayor influencia como hombre de radio y el culpable de que mi vida gire alrededor de vinilos, mesas de mezclas y amor por el hip hop.
