       All we have is NOW!

The NOW, The Present Moment, Being in the Moment, Being Present, FLOW, are just a few examples of how to describe this phenomenon.  The importance of this subject cannot be adequately measured.  Living in the NOW is being in the FLOW, where ideas, opportunities and people come into our lives and we live life with more ease and joy.   

Mindfulness and meditation have been touted as two methods for staying in the present moment.  However, when the mind works overtime our thoughts tend to take us to the past to languish in sorrow and regret or to a fearful future resulting all too often in sadness and a constricted heart.

My guest, Penny Cohen and I will discuss not only the benefits of living in the NOW, but also practical tools to help keep us there and also why the present moment enables us to realize all the benefits that life can offer.
