Hola apasionados del taekwondo.

Les traigo una entrevista muy especial, con una persona que siempre tuvo el sueño de trascender en el taekwondo.

Lo ha logrado de diferentes maneras.

Y estoy seguro de que seguirá haciéndolo.

Luis Solis @lsluis_solis fue seleccionado nacional mexicano de taekwondo, fue parte del proceso para los JJOO de Londres 2012 y actualmente dirige LS Taekwondo @lstaekwondo, un dojang y centro de entrenamiento de ensueño.

Un centro de entrenamiento que comenzó en un garage y que ahora cuenta con instalaciones de primer nivel en Mission TX.

Luis Solís fue un competidor de élite, sin embargo, tiene claro que el taekwondo base y de formación debe de tener unas características muy diferentes a las del taekwondo competitivo.

Una de las estrategias que utiliza, que a mí me encantó y me pareció muy innovadora es que en su centro de entrenamiento también se enseña Tiro con Arco como complemento al taekwondo.

Dentro de su dojang también ha creado campañas para ayudar a los niños a controlar el uso de las pantallas y celulares.

Me parecía muy importante conversar con Luis sobre lo que ha hecho para crear una cultura en su dojang y sobre todo cómo lo ha hecho.
