Estoy súper de acuerdo ! Yo soy fisioterapeuta , doy clases de fisiopilates . Ahora está de moda que los médicos prescriban pilates a los que sufren de problemas de espalda , algunos muy serios . Pero no dicen pilates pero dirigido por un fisio .. no.. , pilates es un curso que puede dar cualquiera , por favor en lesiones que lo haga un profesional . Me ha encantado este post .
