Haciendo esta práctica me he dado cuenta de que desde que nacemos, lo que el cuerpo nos enseña es cojer para soltar,con el alimento,con el agua,con el aire , que eso es la vida.Soltar ,desde el primer instante y nos cuesta la vida darnos cuenta.
Me resulta muy difícil dejar al cuerpo respirar por su cuenta sí estoy atento a la respiración
Así lo veo yo también, meditar es una manera de darnos cuenta, de añadir conciencia y ayudarnos a entrar en contacto con la vida :) Me ha encantado la práctica Álvaro!! Gracias y un abrazo grande!!!!
