Descripción de Programa 02x10 Boston: Edgar Allan Poe y la literatura

Esta noche viajamos hasta Boston, la ciudad más importante de Massachusetts, foco cultural de primer orden en el siglo XIX y una de las más antiguas de todos los Estados Unidos.
Pero la visita que os proponemos estará centrada en la literatura, pues una de sus cualidades es que ha sido la cuna de algunas de las más grandes novelas norteamericanas.
Cuenta entre sus insignes habitantes con grandes escritores de la talla de Hawthorne, Thoreau o Emerson. También sabemos que por sus calles deambuló el mismísimo Edgar Allan Poe.
Así que partimos hacia Boston, de la mano de la profesora Eulalia Piñero, siguiendo el rastro de las letras que hicieron de ella una gran ciudad.
Seguiremos con Pedro Ortega y su sección “LA OBRA DE ARTE DESCONOCIDA”, en la que nos habla de un truculento lienzo conocido como “La campana de Huesca”, y en “CUADERNOS DE VIAJE”, David Hidalgo, nos traslada a dos bosques llenos de magia a través de las películas “Apóstol” y “The Ritual” producidos por Netflix. En “TERRA SECRETA” viajaremos a distintos lugares donde supuestamente ha habido presencia extraterrestre y para terminar, en “ÚLTIMA PARADA”, escucharemos un inquietante relato titulado, “La sala del fuego”.
