Me ha gustado mucho la parte en la que hablas de la pérdida de masa muscular en las personas mayores por la falta de proteínas en la dieta y de actividad física, y más concretamente de ejercicio de fuerza. De esta clase de temas hablan muchos entrenadores, entre ellos el conocido David Marchante. Es algo que la gente solo ve como simple estética, pero trasciende también en la salud de una manera en la que pocos son conscientes, y me alegra que tú también lo tengas en cuenta, pues contigo ha sido con quien más he aprendido a alimentarme bien, pero al llevar una vida muy activa lo de priorizar las verduras me dejaba sin energía y terminaba con sobreentrenamiento, puesto que no recuperaba bien con tan pocas calorías, y tuve que decantarme por conocimientos más dirigidos a deportistas. Mis felicitaciones por tus aportes. 🤗
