Se nos está yendo y mucho, debería de ser todo un término medio,está claro que la comida real es más beneficioso que la comida ultraprocesada,pero que ocurre cuando la comida real influye en tu vida privada?? gente que no queda con sus amigos porque van a una pizzería a cenar,o se van de copas....en serio realmente es tan bueno el realfood?? o puede llegar acarrear problemas serios a nivel psicológico??

esto es muy sencillo. para vivir más de 100 años en plenas facultades hay que ser saludable radical porque vivimos en una sociedad de procesados. el que no quiera vivir tanto pues que sea flexible como el del podcast. Pero los más longevos no eran precisamente consumidores de pizzas, alcohol y procesados. investigad un poco y encontraréis muchísima investigación sería como Valter Longo. El realfooding es el colectivo que ha conseguido llegar a más gente para fomentar la longevidad y ole por ello. El resto, por mí fenomenal si no queréis vivir tanto, seguid vuestro consumo y no os indignéis con tanto cáncer por favor.

Me encanta tu comentario. Se nos está yendo la olla con el realfood. Llevo una vida muy saludable pero, a veces, leo verdaderas barbaridades.

Pero Pedro, como dices que comiendo comida real se puede engordar? pues claro. Pero se supone que comen comida real por salud no por estética ¿y estarás conmigo en que más saludable que los ultraprocesados es?
