Tomamos la percusión africana, lo mezclamos muy lentamente con los vientos y cuerdas europeas. Sumamos tres cuartos de rítmicas indígenas. Esencia latina en abundancia y luego una pizca de azúcar. Se revuelve improvisadamente agregando de cuando en cuando agua de las antillas y flauta traversa. Dos cucharadas de son, una cucharadita de Latin Jazz, otra más de guaguanco mezclado anteriormente charanga y boogaloo. Una taza de boleros bien macerados y finalmente a gusto agregue pequeñas cantidades de Blues, Rock y Música clásica. Déjelo al fuego lento de América en la sartén de New York.
