Shagufta is passionate about People and Change!
With a firm belief that life does not get better by chance, it gets better by focused change; she began a career at age 38, leaving behind a traumatic past. In the corporate arena, she soon realized that a degree might get u a job, but what sustains and propels you forward are the internal & external mannerisms that one possesses. These qualities not being restricted to the workplace alone are essential in all the other capacities of one’s life too.
So alongside her work, Shagufta forayed into the field of human development. From Success and Essential Skills Coaching to Image Management; mBraining and Hypnotherapy to Energy Healing - is dedicated to developing and enhancing self-awareness, improving and actuating permanent self-improvement, and enabling self-empowerment.
She is also a Goulding SleepTalk Process Consultant and India's 1st and only SleepTalk Trainer. She offers an ethical, non-invasive, and easy solution to distressed parents and helps them raise confident kids and create happier families.
As someone who also enjoys writing just as much, she has taken on her new role as Chief Editor of ASPIRE Dubai, where she aims to bring the same fervor to its pages and give people a magazine that will encourage them to Do More & Be More!
Over the years, she has learned the tools and nuances that are required for anyone who wishes to move from one level to the other - be it a parent, a student, an executive, or a CEO and now offers these solutions to people seeking a change, following a mantra that is metamorphic both to the outer & inner self.
Her strength as a coach comes from her enthusiasm for uplifting people to live creatively, compassionately & courageously
