Three Pillars of Next Level Practice Education/ongoing information
An authentic community that goes beyond your typical Facebook online community.
Tools of the trade – things that you need for a practice
1. Education / Ongoing Information You have to think about it as the Netflix of e-courses for private practice, where you’re not going to go through all of them. For example, we have 12 modules about how to blog to rank in Google. We have other ones on the basics of just starting a practice, filing your LLC, naming your practice and getting your website set up. We have other ones on marketing or public speaking, how to take private pay and how to find your ideal client. And so, people will pick one or two of those in a month and say I’m going to binge watch that and take some action, and then they’ll get massive results.
We have all sorts of live events, such as ‘Ask the Experts’. In early June of 2019, we had Clay Cockrell who started www.onlinecounseling.com and we’re going to have Perry from Brighter Vision come to talk about what every single website needs to have. We’ve got tons of other people coming up that have started group practices and people that are talking about marketing. So, you can just pick their brains. We record all of those and put those into the courses as well. You can then go back and watch that library of courses of experts that come in.
I also do some events called What’s Working, where we really just talk about what’s working. With a lot of these live events, people say, ‘Man it’s just way more interactive than I expected it to be. It’s awesome, I get to talk to people all over the nation or the world that are doing this kind of work.’ And we break you up online into small groups of three or four, to have deeper discussions and then report back to the group like what’s working on websites or what’s working in marketing.
2. Authentic Community We have a private Facebook group, which is a hub of a lot of social activity. But it definitely doesn’t end there. You get assigned to a small group of eight to 10 people, we have small group leaders that are helping those groups form and get more out of them. Those small group leaders are sometimes doing short-term groups.
You also get assigned an accountability partner, this is someone that we think, ‘Hey, this person and you are going to really connect.’ Follow up with them a couple of times a month to just make sure you both stay on track. Because having someone else that’s on this journey with you is so important. Because we’re all learning together, we’re going to the same events together where we’re saying this is what I’m learning, they’re actually giving good advice, it saves you time, instead of having competing discussions and arguments within the Facebook group.
3. Tools of the Trade Every month we give something away that we believe is more than the cost of your membership. This could be a logo, infographics for Pinterest that you can put your logo on, images for blog posts, organizational tools and paperwork packets. In just the first two months of being in Next Level Practice, you get our full paperwork packet, which we sell for $197 and a free logo, which we usually sell for $400. So, in the first two months, you’re getting over $600 worth of materials!
The Cost Right now you can have access to all of this at $77 a month – we are looking at raising this rate sometime in the fall or for our next cohort so make sure you get this lowest price locked in. If you want to read more about it click here or if you’re ready to jump right in, click here!
